Begin.

Śurū is a British / South-Asian lifestyle brand, born out of East London, with roots in the Punjab, India. Śurū creates products that inspire the conception of new beginnings, fresh ideas and feelings through the experience of their luxury, artisanal products. A special combination of modern, and traditional ideas, brought together to deliver a special take on two different, yet closely connected cultures.

Made in London.

Śurū’s debut products take the form of Luxury Bougie Parfumée / Fragranced Candles. The candles are hand-poured in small batches, and composed of a premium, sustainable, and innovative wax blend. This special wax is a 100% natural composition of Non-GMO, Rapeseed and Coconut oils, free from Phthalates and Parabens.

The wax is also cruelty-free and vegan friendly.

Inspiration.

Śurū scents harmonise the specific stories, and recollectionsof three generations who lived through the diaspora.

A special translation of the personal moments of one person, created to evoke a new experience for another.

The combination of these elements delivers a truly unique fragrance formulation.

Sustainability.

The coconuts used for our wax are hand-harvested by small holding farms in the Philippines and Indonesia; therefore deforestation does not occur.

The manufacturers of this wax blend also champion training programs to enable local farmers to adopt more sustainable agricultural techniques, which in turn betters their livelihoods by increasing their knowledge of sustainable, and more
profitable agribusiness.

The rapeseed oils are manufactured in the UK, giving it a low carbon footprint.
